Activate the Emergency Operations Center, increase wildfire readiness, and reactivate the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program to strengthen the city’s ability to respond to emergencies and protect residents. 

Support local business growth and retention, improve workforce access, and promote long-term economic sustainability through strategic initiatives such as the Mill Site development, NWR Roundhouse, Model Train Museum, SVH expansion that will keep Snoqualmie strong and resilient.

Break ground on the Community Center expansion, the River Trail, continue the playground replacement program and continue investing in critical infrastructure and public facilities to support the needs of our community.

We continue to advance our affordable housing efforts with a strong focus on long-term solutions to better serve families, seniors, and our local workforce. Following the City’s Request for Qualifications process, we are reviewing options from potential development partners. This marks an important step toward increasing access to affordable housing.  At the same time, we’re working closely with regional and local partners to identify strategies and support future housing opportunities that align with our community needs and supports future generations of Snoqualmie residents.

Continue our efforts to advance financial sustainability by aligning services with resident needs, modernizing operations through Munis system, strengthening internal controls, updating financial procedures, and leveraging regional partnerships and grants to enhance service while maintaining a balanced budget.

Expand trail networks, continue water conservation projects, and develop a new Climate Element for the Comprehensive Plan to protect natural resources and prepare for a sustainable future.

We've launched Snoqualmie's first-ever Strategic Plan, a collaborative effort that will bring together residents, local businesses, and community stakeholders to help shape a meaningful and shared vision for our city’s future.
